NVQs allow candidates to demonstrate competence in real workplace settings, rather than being assessed through exams.
There is no pass or fail and no written examinations. Assessment is based on the submission of a work-based portfolio that reflects what you do in your role.
An experienced assessor is allocated from the start, providing regular guidance and support to ensure a smooth and structured progression through to completion.
